On Wednesday, 18th of April 2018, we hosted international expert assist. prof. dr. Vojko Kavčič who is a researcher at the Institute of Gerontology at Wayne State University in Detroit (more at: https://iog.wayne.edu). Dr. Kavčič has conducted two lectures titled Latest Alzheimer's Facts - From Diagnosis to Prevention for students, higher education teachers, mentors and colleagues. Dr. Kavčič will also cooperate at IX. Nursing contacts on 17. 5. 2018 at VZŠCE with the paper titled Cognitive aging - from normal aging to dementia.
