From 18 May till 20 May 2016 the College of Nursing in Celje hosted university lecturer Asta Heikkilä, PhD from Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences from Finland. Dr. Heikkilä carried out two lectures on 19 May 2016 for students and lecturers, titled “Nursing Education in Finland and at Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences” and “Evidence Based Practice in Nursing Education”. During her stay in Celje she visited General Hospital Celje and Health Care Center Celje. Visit was carried out within the Erasmus + international exchange programme. This visit was intended to strengthen health care research cooperation between Slovenia and Finland.
